Absolutely the best doctor I’ve seen by far. You can tell she loves her job and is very caring towards everyone. I’m sadly moving but I only can hope I find someone like her again. She is very attentive and will answer any questions no matter how ridiculous it may seem but I can comfortably and openly talk to her and ask her any questions I may have regarding my child. If you are looking for a doctor she is definitely the way to go!
Dr Downes has been my daughters doctor since she was born. She is absolutely amazing, always making sure she spends time to explain, never feel rushed and very gentle. Hands down my favorite doctor to deal with. Wish she saw adults!
Dr. Downes is the most patient and caring doctor I have ever met. I’m so thankful to have her be able to care for my daughter. She is the absolute best and spends the time and listens to everything. She has gone above and beyond to help my daughter be comfortable in her care and has taken such great care of her and responds timely with my concerns and if my daughter is sick she is right there to help her navigate all of the issues and have an appropriate plan of care. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor!
