I really enjoyed my time here at Kimberly Court. The management team is responsive and friendly, and the maintenance guys are prompt and communicative. The place is kept up really well and I didn't have any issues during my stay here.
An amazing place to live.
Today is the 4th day with no hot running water. We were told it'd be fixed by Friday, 9/12. Its now Saturday 9/13 with no hot water. The only option we're being given is to go outside to use the pool showers. We never got any other updates last night and of course the office is closed on the weekends. This should be an emergency and the landlord is going about this at a very slow pace and failing to provide an actual solution. It is very stressful and this is not what we all pay for.
They nickel and dime you and will raise your rent the max they can each year for rent. They charge "convenience fees" on all payments and the clientele across the street are less than desirable. I highly suggest going somewhere else. The "low price" is not worth it.
Lived here a few years. Excellent management and maintenance staff. Reasonable rates for Boulder. Apartments are older.
