It was a good experience. The management and maintenance teams are super friendly and efficient. The price is also very affordable in Boulder. Easy to commute from the bus station nearby as well, no matter to downtown or Denver Airport.
Kimberly Court Apartments is a wonderful community, and the property management team in particular is terrific to work with. The staff is very responsive to any questions, issues, or concerns that you may have (a special shout out to Kat, and to Chris the Property Manager) and they are friendly, professional, and they take the time to review concerns objectively and thoroughly. Definitely add Kimberly Court Apartments to your list if you haven't done so yet.
I really enjoyed my time here at Kimberly Court. The management team is responsive and friendly, and the maintenance guys are prompt and communicative. The place is kept up really well and I didn't have any issues during my stay here.
An amazing place to live.
Today is the 4th day with no hot running water. We were told it'd be fixed by Friday, 9/12. Its now Saturday 9/13 with no hot water. The only option we're being given is to go outside to use the pool showers. We never got any other updates last night and of course the office is closed on the weekends. This should be an emergency and the landlord is going about this at a very slow pace and failing to provide an actual solution. It is very stressful and this is not what we all pay for.
