Criminal Activity, Disturbance of Peace, Management Does Not Care If you want to live in an apartment complex with residents blaring music at all hours from their homes and cars, drug dealing, criminal activity and management that does not monitor the community, maybe Kimberly Club is for you. Please take couple seconds to read before you move in. This apartment looks really nice from outside. But it is: Worst apartment I've ever lived so far. Employees are rude and very impatient. It's like I'm wasting their valuable time each time I stay in the office. They will give out the plastic window/door isolation in the winter because of all the crappy windows/doors, BUT they will cut it into small pieces in order to save their budget. You know what? Nice & Quiet Community Very nice and safe area. My neighbors are friendly and I always feel right at home. Any maintinence request I have are resolved in a timely manner. My apartment is very spacious and clean. There are a lot of kids in the neighborhood but I can't complain. The office staff is really helpful. I'm brand new to the area and they have been awesome!
Loud Everything seemed fine until I actually move in. The neighbors are so rude. They are loud, all day and all through the night. They also leave their front doors open like they live in a house. I have lived in two different buildings at the Kimberly Apartments and both building I had rude neighbors all around me. The kids play basketball in the parking lots so you have to watch for your car to get hit also. Great spot I recently viewed these apartments because I personally want to move here! Great prices, and great location. My boyfriend has lived here in the past and has no complaints... definitely a good choice if you're looking for somewhere affordable but classy to live!
Kimberly Place Nice place for new family. Moved need to have more space but nice and need some updates.
Poor management. Any issue we tried to address with them they told us to deal with our rental insurance. Winter maintenance was almost non-existent. Would never recommend anyone to live here.
Management is unhelpful. They do not salt the walks, they just wait until the ice melts. Maintenance is very poor. Except the rent being cheap, I have nothing good to say about these apartments.
