TURN DOWN THE LOAD If you’re an owner operator stay away. This place is out in the middle of nowhere and they can’t accommodate us who drive countless hours and miles to make sure their product is safe and on time and this is what we get. No over night parking really. Let’s ban together those of us who has say so and refuse to deliver at this place. Once they get then hint we are not just trash and we slow down their production just maybe they will see how much a trucker really means.

I dropped my trailer for a next-day pickup at 14:00. I called early in the morning to check if it was ready, and the person who answered the phone from shipping was very polite and respectful. He informed me that my trailer would be ready soon — and when I arrived, it was ready as promised. Thank you for the great job!

I came here for my 11 am appointment in and out was within 1 hour just quick instruction slide your tandems and wear your high visibility vest 🦺 people were so friendly

What bad experience took 5+ hours to load my appointment was at 9 pm got here 8:30 pm But they loaded after 2 am gosh
