I dropped my trailer for a next-day pickup at 14:00. I called early in the morning to check if it was ready, and the person who answered the phone from shipping was very polite and respectful. He informed me that my trailer would be ready soon — and when I arrived, it was ready as promised. Thank you for the great job!
I came here for my 11 am appointment in and out was within 1 hour just quick instruction slide your tandems and wear your high visibility vest 🦺 people were so friendly
What bad experience took 5+ hours to load my appointment was at 9 pm got here 8:30 pm But they loaded after 2 am gosh
THE GUYS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CHEMICALS DONT STAY ARROUND TANKER DRIVER TO DO THEIR JOB. THEY SHOULD BE ARROUND. Night nobody for help with chemicals delivery
I don't know what all of these bad reviews are about? I arrived about 9pm and was, checked in, scaled, paperwork signed and out of there in less than 30 minutes. The people working were friendly enough and had no issues.
