Many years of excellent service from a great old fashioned type serious GOOD doctor who listened and knows her stuff better than any doctor since or ever. Staff always polite and friendly Don't believe the other reviews, this Doctor is cream of the crop, none better before or after her! ;-)
Makes you think about how tough it actually is to become a doctor.
Terrible communication at this office. Dr. Carlson has no interpersonal skills. She didn't even give me a standard check-up when I saw her. She is unwilling to refill medications in a timely manner. I am going back to the northwest office.
The lady at the front desk is usually pretty rude. I love Dr. Cox and this is a really nice office space. It's clean and well stocked.*update* Dr. Cox is now leaving the office so this place is officially terrible. They told me that I would have to find a new doctor since she was leaving they no longer would treat me as a patient.
They never answer the phone and the lady at the front desk is so RUDE!!! She needs an attitude adjustment and needs to LEARN how to deal with patience and Customer Service. Love Dr. Kimberly Carlson, she is very well knowledge and gets to the point. Rating poor due to her horrible staff, including the nurse who gave me a flu shot and stuck the needle in like a was a bag of potatoes. You are dealing with a human, be KIND!
