I’m trying to stay patient and avoid overreacting, but we’re growing frustrated. We dropped our car off at the shop on Monday, April 21, 2025, and were told we’d have a diagnosis by Thursday or Friday, April 24 or 25. I’ve always had a great experience. Friendly customer service. They’ve always taken care of me.
Sad to say my experience has not been great regarding customer service, the brand, and the vehicle as a whole. Car started having trouble off and on and became undrivable around 24k miles. It sat on their lot for maintenance for about two months until parts could get in. Then, the service team let us know it was ready to pick up only for the car to be completely dead. Don't make an appointment thought there website. They will not be able to do the work. They have time slots on the website that are not able.
