Although Dr. Higgins was thorough and seemed knowledgeable during my establishing care appointment, I cannot establish a patient-doctor trust with this provider. I canceled a follow-up appointment because I felt very dismissed during an urgent post Urgent care visit matter where she lacked empathy and follow-up regarding my concern despite me asking if there was any chance she could squeeze me in for an appointment at the earliest convenience. Great experience!!!! Wonderful Doctor!!!
I was very pleased with my visit yesterday at the Clinic in American Fork and with Dr. Kimberly Higgins and the staff. I had an emergency situation which required immediate attention and they were able to provide the help I needed. So very grateful Dr Higgins is my doctor.
Dr. Higgins really listened to me. She explained things well and was very thorough. I will go back to her in the future. Also, the phlebotomist at the office was fantastic! Props to her too. Update to this review: I've seen Dr. Higgins several times. She really is amazing. She's smart and her staff is great too. It is hard to get an appointment with her, but it's worth it.
