I very much appreciate Dr Higgins. She LISTENS…then asks related questions and makes suggestions and recommendations to improve my health where needed. I also appreciate the other pleasant and helpful staff and their interest when I need help or information. I was pleased, and relieved, when Cassidy called to give me a report on the blood test results from yesterday. It nice to speak to a real person instead of just reading a written report.
My Dr retired so I was looking for a new one. She seemed to be in a hurry to get to the next patient and not real warm and friendly, but was ok with other things. I think I will still look for another Dr.
I had a very good appointment with Dr Higgins checking with my current health situations and also setting my annual yearly physical for April .
