Kimberly went truly above and beyond to remodel and sell my condo on short notice, including finding contractors and helping with financing. Communication was prompt and excellent (except when she was not reachable out of town). She had many more valuable properties showing at the same time and always prioritized me regardless of the property cost/commission. She was also very quick in helping me view a house I was interested in and putting in an offer. I would recommend Kimberly to anyone.
