Kim and her team were excellent to work with from the start. They staged the house perfectly, marketed the property with great pics and a number of Open Houses and kept me informed throughout the process. When adjustments were needed, Kim struck the perfect nerve and the house sold within the time she predicted at the asking price. Highly recommended.
