Dr. Bay is the worst dr we have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Rude and hostile. Not knowledgeable about any of the issues we brought our child in for and was very judgmental. The entire time we felt like we were being attacked. The other providers in the practice are pretty good. She is probably the worst Dr I’ve ever met in my entire life. We see all the physicians at CHOP WC, I had the misfortune of being scheduled with Dr Bay twice. Two of my children are Autistic. Dr Bay made several offensive and incorrect statements about my sons. Ignored my attempts to correct these assumptions and refused to talk about the reason for my actual visit, which was wound care after a bike accident. She suggested I have my son “run on a treadmill towards a bowl of chips” for weight control. “Put locks on the snack cabinets”, “stop letting him eat whatever he wants”, when I ex... read more
A pathetic pediatric dr. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Has no clue as to what she is talking about!! She does not know how to do her job. Definitely not a people person!!
If you want to be told it would be "a shame" if you didn't breast feed, this is the doctor for you. If you want to be kept waiting an hour + on multiple visits, without as little as an apology, this is the doctor for you!!! Dr Bay has been super unprofessional and very opinionated on multiple occasions. She's really the only doctor I've had a problem with at this practice. The front desk discourages evening appointments, even though they are open late a couple nights a week. We found another Dr.
We have been going to her for years. She takes her time with the kids and has a friendly attitude. We will continue to see her.
