I love living here the property manager is great she’s always on top of everything and it’s always kept clean. The maintenance guy lives on site so anything that needs to get fixed gets fixed right away. I would definitely recommend. We left this place because they changed management and the new guy was so unprofessional he didn’t care about anything that’s why maintenance also left. Had so many problems with neighbors and he would do nothing about it.
Units don’t have the best insulation and at most have two windows. The apartment stays warm year around which is worse in the summer. It also lacks lighting. Almost everyone here has a dog, leading to excessive barking. Barking is constant and can last over an hour. Some long term residents are obnoxiously loud, raging quitting during quiet hours.Management does not address these issues.

Do not live here. Me and my roommate had a 1 bed 1 bath for school and got regularly harassed by the dysfunctional woman and her boyfriend who isn't even a resident yet stays longer than the guest rule (both 20+ years older than us) , above us for 6 months straight.
