Kim has been our dentist for about a decade now. She and her team are amazing. They are all professional, gentle and they genuinely care. When they scheduled you for appointment, they actually take care of you at the time they told you…We will never be able to thank them enough for such an amazing care. Brisk and unfriendly experience with this dentist. Charged my insurance for a night guard that I didn’t agree to and never received. Will go to someone else.
The worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Liao seems tired of her job. She comes across as rigid, cold, agitated, and gives off a constant air of judgment; as if she resents being there. I’ve been going to this office for years solely because of its location, but after my recent experience, I will never return. Due to an unforeseen emergency, I wasn’t able to make my annual appointment on time.
