She takes the time to truly hear concerns and goes above and beyond to work with you! I haven’t had a lot of luck with medical care for a while, but she is an exception.
I've seen Kimber for several years as my PCP. She's friendly, thorough, relatable, and dedicated - sends portal messages well outside of normal hours to keep her patients informed, answer questions etc. Office team is friendly and efficient, and prescription refill process works smoothly. Highly pleased with care from this provider and team for several years.
The staff behavior is disgusting. I talked to Melissa today and she was rude and unprofessional. She also used profanity during our conversation which I found unacceptable. Don’t go here!
