Doesn't pay employees on time every Friday there's always an excuse very unprofessional
This company is the best. They were on time, with a great price and were always upfront about how long it would take, how to protect the pets and what kind of finish you wanted. He was also careful to note the pets and talk about finishes which worked best with pets walking on them.
Scott refinished a flight of stairs in our home. He is very consciencious in completing the job and folloeing up aftewards to get our feedback and satisfaction while stating that we could contact him anytime fir any issues. He is a very thorough and particular individual who strives for perfection to make sure his customers are completly satisfied with the completed job. He is a true professional and will do whatever nevessary to please his customers. I recommend him to anyone interested in refinishing wood stairs or floors.
