The staff in this practice is so incredibly respectful! I started going to Dr. Hileman almost 2 years ago and have been very pleased with her and her staff. She listens and is compassionate. She's does whatever it takes to get to the root of any health problems! I very much honor her advice and her staff is extremely informative and polite. I highly recommend Dr. Hileman and her staff.
All four of my kids see her. If we can't get in to see her, we get in to someone else. She's always been fantastic and treated us with nothing but respect! Even though she isn't a "pediatrician," my babies have gone to her since birth and I feel confident that they get wonderful care from her!
My mother, who is battling cancer, contracted COVID and was really struggling. After a week she went in to see the Dr. because she was not bouncing back and started coughing up bloody mucus. When my mom got to the office she was asked "Why did you come in?". My mom told them she wanted to be checked out and maybe get a chest x-ray because of the new symptoms like umm ya know COUGHING UP BLOOD! She was sent home without meds and having had no tests done.
