WORST JEWLERY STORE wORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN THE FIRST TIME I WAS THERE SHE CHARGED ME 30 BUCKS FOR A 2 DOLLAR CLASP--WAS FORCED TO PAY-THEN ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS REPLACE MY BATTERY ON MY BULOVA WATCH--30 DAYS LATER SHE STILL HAS IT AND THEN SHE BROKE IT COMPLETELY TO WHERE IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL NOW---TOOK IT TOO KAY JEWELERS TO HAVE THEM FIX HER MISTAKE--CALLED HER TO LET HER KNOW SHE HAD BROKEN SOMETHING INTERNAL AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME AND NEVER RETURNED MY CALL--NEXT STEP CIVIL LAWSUIT!
