BUYER BEWARE! We bought a spec home from Kimberley Development a few years ago. We had to sue them because of the severity of the issues with the home. The final judgement was over half a million dollars, but it wasn’t even close to our repair estimates. On top of that, we had to pay for Kimberley Development’s legal fees even though they were found negligent, so it cost us over $200k to sue them and win. We recently completed a home renovation with Kimberley and are amazed with their high standards, attention to detail and craftsmanship.,What a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a home renovation.

The quality of the work was great and the prices were very competitive! Terrible customer service. Failed to meet all timelines they set. When they did respond several days after they said they would, the information provided was incomplete and or inaccurate. Feel like we dodged a bullet being able to part ways before non refundable deposit was paid. Apparently they expect you to just take what they say as gospel, not question anything about the home building process.
