We recently completed a home renovation with Kimberley and are amazed with their high standards, attention to detail and craftsmanship.,What a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a home renovation.
This review is for Kimberley Construction not Kimberley Development!!! Tom and Matt were fantastic, stayed in touch, had people here when they said they would! The quality of the work was great and the prices were very competitive! Terrible customer service. Failed to meet all timelines they set. When they did respond several days after they said they would, the information provided was incomplete and or inaccurate. Feel like we dodged a bullet being able to part ways before non refundable deposit was paid. Apparently they expect you to just take what they say as gospel, not question anything about the home building process.
