Dr.Anderson, Ms.Yancy, and Ms. Denise are my medical Family for life. I’ve been with them for years. Their kind and get right to the point. Top tier in my world
Dr Kimberley A. Anderson was so Rude and unconcerned. She was so unprofessional for a Dr arguing back and forth with me telling me I can go elsewhere, that was my first and my last visit. Receptionist made me an appointment for 3pm like I was going to have time to do blood work. I came there to sit and and get argued with by dr kimberley Embarrassing.
Awful doctor had the nerve to argue with me in the hallway about how I didn’t tell her I had pain on my left side when 2 weeks before we had a phone call meeting and I said my left side hurts. Listen much probably not rather go to er or clinic than see this clown doctor ever again
I’ve been going to Dr. Anderson for at least five years now and I am pleased with the service. She always takes care of my testing for my annual physical and follow up on the results. She takes the time out to go over the results so you understand your medical profile regardless of you have an issue or not. The facility/complex is a little older, but other than that, I have no complaints.
Extremely long wait time, staff and doctor are rude, and doctor does not follow through on treating severe chronic health issues such as high blood pressure and diabetes. I am not sure how she is still licensed.
