I had an amazing experience working with Larissa and Shani. They are both very knowledgeable and were extremely kind and patient throughout the process. I could not have asked for a better place to design and create our dream engagement ring! I would definitely not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family!
I tried on rings to figure out sizes at other shops and ended up doing the consultation completely virtual from Vancouver. You cannot beat the customer service, experience, quality, and prices here!!! I am so happy with my ring and have been recommending Kimberfire to everyone I know.
I cannot recommend Kimberfire enough if you are looking for an engagement ring. As a guy with pretty much zero knowledge about diamonds and jewelry, I went into the process not knowing much. Exceptional service and exquisite work. My husband worked closely with Larissa to design my engagement ring and we also did custom wedding bands. They listened to what we wanted and helped design something that was unique, beautiful, and meaningful for us. They were patient and accommodating with changes, ensuring it was exactly what we wanted and made thoughtful suggestions through the process.
