This place sucks, suck with maintenance, quick to threaten to kick you out if you’re a day late on rent but not quick to fix maintenance problems. Have mold in the apartments and roaches, hot water never works. It’s a nice quiet area but not worth putting up with management bs
Love these apartments especially with the new management company everything is so much smoother and my maintenance requests are getting done! Thank you 1 stop property management for turning this place around in a month!!!!!!
