Love these apartments especially with the new management company everything is so much smoother and my maintenance requests are getting done! Thank you 1 stop property management for turning this place around in a month!!!!!!

Worse place ever. Won’t fix ac, heat or appliances. Boiler never works, cold showers. Want extra money for everything. Hidden fees in lease. Managed by KCI, which is owned by 4 Nigerians. Managed by 360 realty property mgmt co that has bad reputation and deserves it. They tried to get me to e sign new lease before they would send it to me to read. lived there 4 yrs. went from being good place to live to worst place in Alvin. New owners last year. Owners are not from the U.S. AC WONT BE FIXED. They cheat contractors, Hot water boiler broke often.Took lots of cold showers. Flys and trash everywhere. FORGET GETTING YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. People come thru parking lot every month wanting their deposit back. My car was broken into twice. Hidden fees in lease. Loud drunks party all night. NO ON SITE MGMT. Have lived here for 11 years and have had no problems getting anything fixed,call the office and let them know what needs to be fixed and it's done as soon as possible,thanks to our wonderful maintenance guy .
