Dr. Kenzli is great herself but only if you can see her. What has happened is constant cancellations of appointments and then scheduling out another six months. So... we're still doing the same vision therapy from December when our child is probably ready to move to the next thing. This cuts deep because it affects our child's ability to learn and progress in reading and writing.
