This is my third time using Kimbel Service. I’ve had a new home generator and recently a new HVAC system. They have also repaired my hot water heater. I am extremely happy with the service and products from Kimbel. Their staff are very professional and courteous.
The service guy got to my house on time, worked through all the service checks in a professional and efficient manner, fully answered my questions, and finished the work. Prompt, efficient, friendly, professional, thorough. What more could one ask?
