If I could give 0 stars I would. Got our renewal in the mail late and our rent will go up 1000 more dollars than the original price. How is this place for low income families if the rent goes up 2100 from 1200 a month. Don't move here.

The worst it was too much of a headache people arguing they all have their own cliques the staff doesn't help with nothing you won't get your deposit back
