Rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen area. Our room, though, was partly underground, so our windows looked onto cement a foot from the glass. A little sunlight snuck in from the narrow open slit at the top. Depressing but we made the most of it. Location is walkable to a lovely park with duck pond, free bus routes, and more. I walked a block over to enjoy the Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra rehearse, a weekly 1 1/2 hour feature. Office staff were often missing, but we found everything we needed. Nice stay.
It's a good place for families to stay in but it's kinda like staying at your grandma's house. It's not like an average hotel, but more like an apartment
A block away from Temple Square. We walked to the visitors' center and several other buildings in the area. Great location and large rooms. Very comfortable.
