I had 2 layers of shingles on the front and 3 on the back so I needed them taken off down to the sheeting. I also have a detached double garage where they did the same work. The home is small so the large vents on each end of the gable were used for ventilation. I also had them take the evaporative cooler off the roof, remove the duck work in the attic and install an electric roof vent where the cooler had been. Do not use Kimball Roofing they do not stand by their work! In 2018 we had our asphalt shingle roof replaced by Kimball roofing. They were very responsive and did the job very well from all appearances. However about 3 or 4 years later we began to have major leaks down on our patio from where our awning and roof tie together. I failed to contact them about the situation until October 2024 at which time they said that there was no warranty.
