We've had this company do a lot of work for us over the past few years, from installing new water heaters, new high-efficiency gas boilers, to various repairs, etc., that we've needed in our two-family. Mike the best does a great job my go to guy for plumming needs
This place gets 5 stars? Really? We needed a shower mixing valve replaced, and they took 3 weeks to get back to us, mailed an estimate without getting details, and proposed tearing the wall open to replace the whole faucet assembly - all without even looking at it. The valve itself should be replaceable - I recently saw Rich Trethewy replace one on Ask This Old House. They quoted $750 before any re-tiling, etc. After they sent the estimate we started getting daily calls to book the repair. This is not my idea of a 5 star exp... read more
