Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Does this provider remember you by name? Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this pediatrician respect your views and opinions on parenting? Yes, they respected my views and opinions Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? Not really Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Does this provider treat their staff well? Kind of, but not very well

Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Yes, they are respected

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne
