I have a really hard time believing the 1-star reviews. This seems an awful lot like someone just trying to hurt and/or sabotage Kimbali. Kimbali is truly AMAZING and a LIFE SAVER!! She is so kind, compassionate, and empathetic. She spends time to truly get to know you and your specific needs. She has often spent more time with me than the allocated 50 minutes.
