We are so sad that Dr Kim retired and we don’t even know it . She was in the hospital when my 2 children was born and now they are 17 and 20 year old... I am just wondering how can we get the immunization record? Who took over her business? What happened with the medical records and how can we get copy of the shots ... help...
We have gone to her since my sons were babies. My oldest son is 17 and we will be sad to have to go to an adult dr. now.
