My husband and I were looking for a house in California as we were moving west from the east coast . Kim was able to quickly go to the homes we wanted to look at and record videos for us to see the properties . We were able to quickly secure a home due to her help!

I give Kim 5 stars because she performed as you'd expect and would want from a realtor. She was not annoying or pushy at all, she is a good person who is perfect as a realtor. First time I met her, she listened, asked follow up questions, took notes, she paid attention to my desires. When looking at houses she showed us what we wanted, but advised of things under the carpet you wouldn't think about. Kim was amazing to work with, she was patient with us while looking. When we found the house she was quick to make a deal. When it was time to sell her marketing was tremendous. We highly recommend Kim.
Not only did Kim listen to our needs but she worked around the clock to ensure we (first time home buyers) had our questions and concerns addressed. She did an excellent job considering our needs. She was honest and supportive through the entire process. We love our new home and we truly appreciated having excellent representation through the entire process.
