I give Kim 5 stars because she performed as you'd expect and would want from a realtor. She was not annoying or pushy at all, she is a good person who is perfect as a realtor. First time I met her, she listened, asked follow up questions, took notes, she paid attention to my desires. When looking at houses she showed us what we wanted, but advised of things under the carpet you wouldn't think about.
