Kim is an astounding realtor. Her years of experience and patience allowed us find our dream house. Then amidst a seven buyer bidding war, her wise guidance allowed us to be the winning bid. She also sold our Queen Anne townhouse in a very challenging market. Again, her smart advice allowed us to actually sell in just five days for over asking. Kim is a true pro and a joy to work with. There's a ton of relators our there---Kim is one of the very best.
Kim was an invaluable asset for us as we purchased our first home. She struck a perfect balance of practicality and personability. Could not recommend more highly!
Kim Wesselman is excellent! Experienced, knowledgable, good listener, and fun! She worked with me for close to a year, looking for a Seattle home, and then once found, was exceptional during the offer/closing stages. Ditto for her partner Rene Stern who filled in when Kim was not available. I would be thrilled to work with either of them in the future, but happily, I am moving into a fabulous home in Seattle!
