Called and left a message regarding a coloring request. Kim called me back and was very kind and professional. To be fair, my coloring request was pretty extreme. Though she couldn’t personally help me out, she recommended someone who could possibly better deal with it. I appreciate the professionalism and the kind recommendation! Though I haven’t done business here, I highly recommend supporting this business for the superb customer service! Thanks again.
