I went in yesterday with a friend and unfortunately am really disappointed. I don’t get acrylics often, so I don’t know how much of this is normal, but when I compare mine to my friends service I can’t imagine it’s meant to be this way. My nails are mostly all pointed upwards. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt and say its because my nails were fairly short, but my pointers are much flatter and more normal looking than the others despite being the same starting length. Kim has done my nails for over 7 years. I’m hairstylist and my hands are a focus of my work so I’m very particular about my nails. Kim creates the most perfect and natural looking acrylic overlay. Her entire staff is friendly and accommodating. I recommend Kim nails to anyone wanting detailed work and a relaxing experience. I’m so lucky to have her studio close to me. This is my go to nail salon.

This place is usually hit or miss for me. But today was such a miss that I won’t return. The nail tech cut me so deep that I was bleeding. (My finger still hurts days later) I couldn’t get the nails and color I wanted because I didn’t want to infect my nail or finger. The nail tech put liquid bandaid without asking first. And I still have a red sore on my finger. It was a very unpleasant experience. I paid $30 for a busted manicure. I’m surprised I didn’t get a discount.
