Steer Clear Bought a groupon for manicure and pedicure. Saw a woman by the name of Donna. What a complete waste of money. The place seemed dated and dirty, pedicure chair and foot tank looked like they were retrieved from someone's junkyard, water too cold for pedicure, was rushed out before nails were completely dried as they were closing. Never returning!! I will never go back to this place again. I was given a groupon for a mani/pedi. I had been saving it for when I wanted to treat myself. The lady who did my mani/pedi did not do a good job at all. The water was cold, polish all over my toes and not even covering my nails. The filing was horrible. She didn't even do anything to the bottom of my feet. For a higher style salon and the prices that they charge, I was expecting so much more. Tacky and Unprofessional This was by far the worst pedicure experience! This is not a day spa but a salon trying to expand nail services without a nail technician/specialist. In VA a cosmetologist is licensed to give manicures and pedicures but they may not be specialist, meaning they don??t get much hand on experience. With that said, I must have been the first person this lady did a pedicure on since who knows when. Nail polish was all over my toes and cuticles. NOT one nail was painted professionally. Not that impressed. I went here and was a little disappointed but my service. Especially the price that was quite high. I asked for a recommendation on what she thought would look good on me and I walked out with a perm I didn't like. Also I was pressured in getting a pedicure, it was my first one. It was nice and pleasant but I didn't want to spend that kind of money. I won't go back there.

Great salon! I started getting my hair done here about two years ago. I moved here from Richmond and it has taken me five years to find a stylist that I was happy with. I love my stylist! The salon is very modern and nicely decorated.
