My parents submitted an offer on the house through Kim Sandstoe, and were held back for a whole week looking at any other houses until they hear back from Kim Sandstoe if offer was accepted or rejected. They haven't heard anything for week and ended to call actual listed agent who was surprised that Kim Sandstoe did not pass any information about offer on the house. However, she was pretty enforcing into signing bunch of legal papers before offer was presented to sellers. Not good experience and not good communication.

Kim went above and beyond her duty. She even walked our dog so a realtor could show the place. This saved us time off work and money! She sold the home in 20 or so hours after listing for above asking price. Very impressed with her knowledge and service!

Kim has done a fantastic job helping us through the process of selling our home and locating a lot for our new home.
