Kim was a pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job. I needed to sell my recently deceased sister's condo long distance (while living in another state). Kim handled every step of the process, keeping me informed along the way. She is knowledgeable and compassionate in what was a difficult situation in liquidating my sister's estate. I highly recommend Kim whether you are buying or selling.
Kim was great for every stage of selling our home. She lived up to the ratings throughout all online websites which is the reason I chose her to begin with. While dealing with selling our home we were looking for other investments and she was an asset for that as well. We will use her again for NJ properties.

Kim did a great job selling my relative’s condo that was left in bad condition. I was the estate administer in charge of selling the condo. Kim put me in touch with several area contractors that did great repair work as getting the condo into selling shape was a big job. I live quite far from the condo so I depended heavily on her to keep track of the work being done. She sold the condo extremely fast at a much higher price than I expected.
