Worst experience in a nail salon. They were not kind and my acrylics separated prematurely (before 2 weeks) from my nail leading to green natural nails when I went elsewhere to get a new set!! It was so embarrassing. I’ve never had this problem before!! And will not be back. I think the 4.6 rating is incorrect. My other salon gave me a mimosa and had a much cleaner salon. That was much closer to a 5 star than this place.
Was here with my sister and couldn’t have been happier with my pedicure! Yen and Kim were absolutely amazing. Give this place your business! Prices are way better than most and their customer service and friendliness was a 10/10!
I was a bridesmaids at a wedding and the bride took us all to get our nails done. We went in then they started blasting celebration music on the TV’s which hurt my ears I couldn’t even hear the other bridesmaids talking. Then they brought out flowers and gave it to us, but they also gave other strangers there some which felt overwhelming. Best nail salon!!! Staff is awesome and really helpful and actually care♥️
Called to make an appointment (I’m new in town). And the woman who answered the phone, I’m assuming is the owner was so incredibly rude. She was literally shouting on the phone when I asked her how long it takes to do a dip simply because I’m used to it taking more than an hour at my old nail salon. She starts yelling “yeah! Only an hour! How many hours do you want???” She may not speak great English but she certainly knows how to run new customers off.
