I have gone to Kim's for 1 yr. Very rude people, the very last time I had my nails done. I had to seek medical attention My nail had cracked and the technician put a nail on top of the crack l had to be seen by a Dr , that cost a lot of money, prescription s pain and a very long time healing. And Kim's never even admitted they did me wrong. I feel the public should have the right to know how my issue was handled.
Great experience, they are knowledgeable, artistic and talented with their designs. Very happy with their work and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
The picture doesn't do the nail justice. They are beautiful, My daughter was ecstatic as she should of been.
