Dr. Ruby just did a partial hip replacement on my 91 year old mom. We know that with Dr. Ruby our mom has been in the best of hands. Dr. Ruby has great bedside manner. She took time to answer all of our questions and anticipated ones we hadn’t thought of. We are so lucky that Dr. Ruby was available when my mom needed her, and that she is such a skillful surgeon and a kind and empathetic human being.

I will have to agree with the previous review. I feel I need to do their job by calling them and my insurance to get my MRI approved. It’s been two months lots of calls for something it should have taken no more than two weeks. Fees like the staff does not follow up with the status of their patients since I had to constantly remind them to send the MRI order. Would not complaint about the DR but more the staff although DR should be more aware of their practices.

In my opinion the front staff was unprofessional. From the first day to getting an authorization for an MRI. If your staff isn't making me to confident how is the doctor? After a virtual meeting I was told that I was too old for shoulder surgery ( being 51) and I should only have cortisone injections. Speaking to my primary doctor, coworkers and getting a second opinion from another Ortho and researching more information I am scheduled for surgery. I'm not confident with Dr. Ruby and her staff.
