I had a mix up with scheduling and had an appointment scheduled when Dr. Ross wasn’t there and could only see PA Angel. It was a great mistake and I don’t regret seeing PA Angel, she is so kind and will listen to all my concerns no matter how trivial they may seem. I now only see PA Angel here!
When making appointment I explained I did not have insurance amd would be paying cash. On forms I stated the same information. The first thing the clinic manager did was cone out in front of everyone and ask for insurance information. I told he again I am paying cash. When filling out extensive paperwork I opted out of sharing pictures of myself for marketing as well as sharing all of my information for reasons beyond my care.
