Kim was an absolute joy to work with. Very honest, wise, and resourceful! I was not in the country when I saw a house I loved, however she guided me through the process of home buying and reassuring me when I wasn't confident throughout the sale. Thanks to Kim and her team, I came back to the states to sign for my new home with no issues.

Doesn't respond to calls for listings. My realtor called and got no reply before a deadline to get in all offers on a house she had listed. I wanted to put in an all cash offer on a house she had listed. I would be very upset if she was my realtor and not talking to all prospective buyers!
