I found her to be rude. She makes assumptions about people with no evidence. Case in point my meds she thought I was lying until she went and talked to the dr. Second case in point she assumed my son had bad grades because of his anxiety and adhd but he in fact has really good grades. She snaps when she speaks she has the wrong personality to be dealing with sick people.
