Kim and her team were wonderful throughout the process. They kept us informed every step of the way and worked hard to accommodate our schedule as well as the many showing until we found the right fit for our family.
Kim was so patient and prompt in all of our communication. From starting talks to closing, Kim helped us for 8 months! She carefully read all our documents and made sure we didn’t miss any details. She made our first home sale a breeze.
Kim is the best. I could end the review right there and anyone that has worked with her would agree with me. I will go into more depth though and say that Kim is extremely personable, she communicates clearly and was able to help us immensely when we ran into issues with lenders or other hiccups in the process. She went above and beyond to help us find a house in our budget that also met the needs of our family.
Kim is a wonderful person and a great realtor. She knows what she is doing and truly cares about her clients. This made the process enjoyable and smooth. I could say endless positive things about Kim, so just know that if you work with her, you are getting the best of the best!
