I've been going to this hair salon for years and I still recommend it.!
I went in there specifically asking for a wavy perm. I showed them a picture of hair that was very lightly permed, and specified that I did not want any visible curls. Ended up with a full head of curls that was nothing like the picture. Now looking back, it was definitely intentional. Kim (I believe) told the women that was working on my hair to use tight curlers, the women asked “are you sure” and asked Kim if she saw the picture, Kim said she did and to just do it anyway, but that she wanted to cut it.
