I called Kim-One Agency by mistake thinking they were a different agency and it turned out to be a good mistake that I made. Ms Kim and her team are excellent, professional, kind, and efficient. They were also able to get me an auto insurance with Progressive that is much lower compared to my previous insurance.I switched my insurance agency after talking to them. Would recommend it to anyone looking for an auto insurance.
