When we toured our first home with Kim we were moving across the country and looking for a rental. We liked her work ethic, knowledge and personality from the beginning and continued to work with her until we found a rental that worked--which she virtually toured with us being five states away. We just purchased our home with Kim and she remains unchanged! The process was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend!

Got in touch with Kim from a posting on Zillow. She then went above and beyond for any and all houses we had interest in by doing a virtual tour on short notice. She spear headed everything with helping us land a rental house. She was then best.
