Kim was amazing to work with when selling our house. She was professional, responsive, and always there when we needed her. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate all her hard work and would definitely recommend Kim to anyone looking to sell their home!
Kim was such a pleasure to work with! She was very attentive, very responsive and went out of her way to help us find the perfect home. She cleared her schedule when we were only in town for 24 hours. We will be working with her again in the future!
When we toured our first home with Kim we were moving across the country and looking for a rental. We liked her work ethic, knowledge and personality from the beginning and continued to work with her until we found a rental that worked--which she virtually toured with us being five states away. We just purchased our home with Kim and she remains unchanged! The process was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend!
We recently purchased a new home and Kim was awesome. Working with Kim was honestly such a great experience. She really listened to what we wanted and clearly knows the market inside and out. Her recommendations for neighborhoods that made sense for commuting into DC were spot on. She was always easy to reach, quick to respond, and super on top of scheduling showings. Kim is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and just genuinely great to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate ... read more

I fully trusted her, as she didn’t try to push me into buying a home which would have not been a fit for me, and at the end I found the perfect place which I love. Kim was a... read more
