They desperately need more nail techs—period. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous, and the woman working failed to communicate just how long the wait would be. I wasted my entire lunch break sitting there while she finished a pedicure, only for her to immediately begin a manicure on the same client. Meanwhile, I had been waiting patiently the whole time. She could’ve easily told me upfront that the wait would be over an hour, and I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. Instead, my time was completely wasted.
I felt like I was way over charge !!!235.00 for kid pedi and Mani ,pedicure for man,set of nails for granddaughter and pedicure and the pedicure isn’t nothing like other nails salons will definitely be going back to Ruby nails!!!
I’ll never go anywhere else to have my eyebrows or nails done. The absolute best!!!
Had nails filled in and Tammy did a excellent job. Fast friendly service. Highly recommend
