I’ve given this salon multiple chances, but the customer service is consistently terrible. They make a big deal if you’re 5 minutes late, yet regularly run 30+ minutes behind with no apology. After I once left due to a long wait, they ignored my texts and even saved my name in their system with an insulting label in another language. Terrible people, bad attitude, no customer service. Disrespectful. This place has zero respect for customers’ time. They’ve scolded me for being 5 minutes late, yet constantly run behind themselves. After one visit where I left due to their delay, they ignored my texts and later saved my name with a rude nickname in their language — incredibly unprofessional.
