Recently switched to this place about a year ago. Love how they do nails but they are always so busy, I have now been turned away for a third time because they don’t have enough staff and we’re too busy. With my work schedule, I don’t have a lot of free time. Hate that I am being forced to switch nail shops because they never have availability. Recommend if you’re going to make sure you have time to sit for a while or a chance of being asked to come back later or another day.

I’ve been coming to this establishment for years but today is my last time!! This past week I went to get my nails done and was asked to come back later that day but couldn’t so I SCHEDULED an app for today at 1pm. I get there today at 12:55 and was asked to come back later or wait 3 hours. When the guy that was telling me this information a guy (that doesn’t do nails good anyway) rudely said “it doesn’t matter” that I had an appointment.
