What a waste of time with Kim Nails. I was given the wrong address for my appointment and, despite making an appointment specifically with Andy, he took another customer instead. I was then asked to wait for 30 minutes, only to be told that they couldn’t do my nails. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I have been a customer for 4 years I love customer service
I got scammed. This happened a few years ago, but I still think about it to this day: I went there for a soak off and it was fine, nothing special, but afterwards I went to pay the amount that was on the service sheet, I even had a tip. But last minute, the lady added $10 more? I was so confused - maybe I had read the service menu wrong, but I accepted it because I was in a hurry. $10 I’ll never get back.
